Invasion of the Podcast people!

I have had an iPod for a while now, and it's one of my favorite toys of all time. I have crazy mad songs in there, but I have yet to check out any podcasts until now. Everyone should peep out The Freak Accident, a serious fanboy podcast about all things entertaining- especially comics. In today's podcast, Jeremy gives Enlightenment a shoutout...

And the picture for today is no comment on anything. I just dig midgets wielding severed body parts... go figure.

Signing my life away...

This saturday (July 29th to be exact) I was asked to go back to New Moon Comics to do an in-store signing of the Comics Jam War anthology GN with the rest of the Megazeen crew. The book looks pretty snazzy and the guys at New Moon are always gracious so how could I say no? If you are in the area, stop in and say hi...

Chapter and Verse...

Alot of you have been asking me to see more pages or a larger preview of Enlightenment: the devil you know. Until now, that plea has fallen on deaf ears... too many hours with the base thumping in my ride, I guess.

Check here for a full 1st chapter preview.

What's wrong with this picture?

A while back, I went to a wedding; Up near the altar was a stained glass window that both captivated me and made me feel uneasy. It was a depiction of people being tortured in purgatory, chained by their sins and suffering in flames. Above them was Mary, dangling the baby Jesus over their heads almost like she was saying "Look at this... here is what you should have believed in all along..."

That image is going to play a pivotal role in Enlightenment: the devil you know. Keep your eyes pealed...

Off the edge of the world...

"Ok... WHAT happened?"

That was the gist of alot of e-mails I've recieved lately- people are wondering why I've been silent on my blog for so long.

Here's the deal: So much was going on, I really didn't have time to stop and even take it in. Things are back on track now, so I should be posting here alot more frequently.

What have all these developments been, you ask?

I'll tell, but not today. Instead, let me know what you think about our logo- this is the version that will appear on our book, due out from Markosia in February 2007...
